Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shuddhdoodh, we are committed to delivering fresh, pure, and high-quality milk to your doorstep every day.

To ensure transparency and trust, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation Before Delivery

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Cancellations made within the allowed time will be fully refunded to your Shuddhdoodh wallet or original payment method (if applicable).

1.2 Cancellation After Milk is Dispatched

  • Once the milk has been dispatched or delivered, cancellations cannot be accepted.
  • Since milk is a fresh and perishable item, returning it is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

2.1 Product Quality Issue

If the delivered milk is:

  • Spoiled
  • Leaking
  • Damaged

Please report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video, and we will issue a full refund or a replacement, as per your preference.

2.2 Double Payment / Technical Error

If you are charged twice or face a payment-related issue, the excess amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address or customer unavailability.
  • Cancellation after the cut-off time.
  • Complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery.
  • Product handled improperly after delivery.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to your Shuddhdoodh Wallet or the original payment method.
  • Refund timeline: 1–3 days for wallet refunds, 5–7 business days for bank/UPI refunds.
